Seems CI is failing but this seems unrelated to this PR. Could this be merged at convenience, and maybe a patch release tagged in a a near future? One could (and should) investigate CI failures in a separate issue. |

This PR updates compat entries for AMDGPU 2.0 breaking release for both MPI project and test subfolder.
Note that the patch bump was already done so I left things to 0.20.23.
